The main aim of the class is for fitness purposes while we add the kicking and punching to pads and bags just for fun and to make the class more interesting and enjoyable, and that’s exactly the feedback we received from the kids who attended our class.
Class structure is been studied and designed to suit kids from 5 years old up to 12 years old.
We do believe that captivating the muscles power all the time and specially for kids might effects their growing, and no place to release that power unless they are in a gym with proper guidance and equipment for such a task.
